Practical training

Write a comment

Hello beautiful friends, acquaintances and strangers.
I have started the last year of MS Maharishi Ayurveda and Integrative medicine, and I would need help from you to get more practical experience of assessing people, and afterwards to study the cases.

Pulse reading

Picture of me in 2018, doing pulse reading in clinical training. Picture, or in fact a promo video made by Maharishi University of Management

What I can offer you is: identify your Prakriti (your constitution) and Vikriti (deviation from Prakriti – imbalance), identify some causative factors, make a plan of how to get balanced (towards Prakriti), or to make a prevention plan to maintain the balance state. The plan is a typical modification of diet and lifestyle according to your constitution. It is important to know that I will not treat disease; we will work to get you in more balanced state. And of course, it is free of charge, since I have no diploma yet. I have also some experience with gut and brain health.

If this is something for you, please use the contact form and send me a little message that you are interested. I will contact you. For the assessment the best days for me is Tuesdays and weekends, and it typically last for 1,5 hour. Other days on request. A second meeting is preferable for presenting the plan; it can be done online (zoom/skype) or by phone. And if a special online request about the assessment, this can be done, but of course I will not be able to read your pulse. The pulse reading is most important factor for deciding a proper plan.

We all know that if a person has a chronic disease, it will take much longer time to get balanced. So, it is always better to prevent disease.

I will end this post with a quote from Hippocrates (father of western medicine):

“All disease begins in the gut”.
